"You didn't do anything extravagant, did you?"

HOWL COSTUME:
(I just bought a new edition of Howl's Moving Castle BtW, because they've finally got new art on it, and...iss loff.)

Boy I sure hope you can click on these and get a bigger version...otherwise they're as hard to see as they were on the camera itself. Sorry...
This piece of the costume is still unfinished, it gets to be etched over with flame more and on the front, too!
Despair! Anguish! Horror!

My intemperance in regards to books
surprises even me betimes.
I am declaring war (again) on my unread book pile. Here's an uncomprehensive pictorial indexing:

First is the "I own these and have not made time to read them" pile. Next is "I just went to the other library and was left there too long" pile. The first is merely all the books I've pretended to start, not the all the books I have yet to read--a few Shakespeare, classic novels, and literary non-fiction are still on a less prominent shelf.
(Note to Elf: obviously moving this pile is not a clever plan, or at least not clever enough to fool yours truly, love; Red)
Having been wiser last week, I only have three unread books from the usual library: Tantalize, Beastly, and Deconstructing Dylan. Deconstructing Dylan I have made significant headway into.
I read Yotsuba&!
*sigh*

I hereby declare it time for a new sakusen@!?seiko
book shoubu!2--Love at the Crossroads...

reports all too soon, dear reader.
Step One: Procrastination
putting in books as "want to read" on Facebook's Visual Bookshelf (check!)
