Eliot doesn't cross my mind much, and it's mostly a non-event when it does happen. No open scorn (I like have for some), I just don't get the hype. That means, of course, that I wouldn't get the references, which may make you feel sadly under-appreciated. (I always do--there's nothing that makes my day like someone getting one of my references.) But I will gladly critique anything you want to send me. Be forewarned though, I'm feeling effervescently critical. Keep well away from me anything you don't want unsympathetically shredded.
