The process of writing one, or of sending it out? If it's the writing then this might be useful to you--jmeadows read slush for a literary agent, and posts critiques of query letters on her LJ.
I am always here to read drafts (even lots of drafts). Or if you want, what I usually do when I get a query near done (or what I think is done) is go online with a friend and rewrite each line piece-by-piece over GTalk. I'd be happy to do that some evening. (It sounds stupid, but I think it really helps -- immediate feedback, and chatting with a friend somehow makes it less stressful than sitting down and staring at it until blood begins to trickle out your nose.)
You've been involved in this attempt several times already. T-T
I've only gotten form rejections for Carnie's Conspiracy, and am trying to start over before I run out of agents to send to. But the Absolute Write critiquers are apparently sick (with good reason) of all the YA/MG fantasy, and are not just brutal--they're fairly rude.
Or maybe I'm just running out of "tough" on this one. Your skin can only take so many abrasions, even if it is thick.
I actually think it may be more productive to induce crying so I can move on with it.

But thanks. I'll look at that sometime thinking about it is less painful. >_
