I am NOT packing to go to a con tomorrow. However, I know what I'm bringing.
How the heck five costumes, including fifty (okay, just THREE) hats, are going to fit into any inordinate amout of luggage, never mind two and a half days of con is just beyond me at the moment.
If you want to see the most recent fruit of my labor behold--clasps!
I think it's rather ingenious. I took apart an ugly necklace to produce these:
My brother the jeweler bent them while I sewed the rings (from the necklace, too) on. By hand, because this was child's play. Apparently.
My design though. *preens*
And I do have picture of my henna. So since we're LJ-cutting:
There is a very faint kanji for night between those wings. For the side of the foot...
Yes, it is a bit faint. This hand, though--no, it does not have that problem.
I'd love to post more of Poisson, but this blog is already a monster.
Back to Not!Packing for the con? I may even pack, instead of getting munchy with the granola I made to have some as a snacky thing...
